As the leading platform for non-professional football in Europe, we bring professional experiences - from news and data to gamification - directly to a community of over 190 million footballers and fans.

We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne - a dynamic startup with a smart and ambitious team. Our marketing and business teams are based in Cologne, Berlin, and London, while our tech and product teams work remotely across Europe.

We’re backed by strong partners such as adidas, Krombacher, NIVEA MEN, and Techniker Krankenkasse - with a couple of exciting collaborations still in the pipeline. Successful investors like Ralf Reichert (CEO of ESL) and Verena Pausder are supporting us on our journey.

For this we need you



Your mission

  • Acquisition of new partner-clubs (via telephone & digital)
  • First contact with decision makers in sports clubs (executive boards, department heads, management)
  • Developing an understanding for the needs of clubs and addressing them accordingly 
  • Care for and documentation of contacts (CRM)
  • Working closely with your team and your team lead
  • Direct insights into the structure of a growing startup 

What do you need

  • Languages are no problem for you: you are fluent in both German & English
  • Really good communication abilities, empathy and a confident appearance
  • Ability to listen, build trust and communicate in a structured manner
  • Own experience in Teamsports (at least as a player)
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility and interest in working in a startup 

Advantage but not a must

  • Nice to have: Experience as a coach or work in a club (e.g. organisational work, board member)
